Updated October 8, 2026. KORLIX is for people aged 16 and older; users aged 16 or 17 need parent or guardian permission. Feature availability depends on your platform, version, plan and enabled services.
Your privacy choices
- AI sharing: accept or decline the provider and data categories requested by a feature. In Korlix Account → Legal & Privacy, reset saved choices for this account on this device. Stop active sessions and pause enabled automations separately.
- Photos, microphone and location: choose permissions in your device or browser settings. Workforce captures location for your chosen attendance action; it does not continuously track you in the background.
- Social visibility: use Show online status and last login in your Social profile settings to control whether eligible members see your recent presence and latest KORLIX account sign-in time.
- Saved data: use the feature’s removal control or request account and data deletion. An AI permission reset, a hidden message and a deleted account have different effects.

- Receipt Wiz
- Free for signed-in users, subject to disclosed allowances. Finance inboxes share one receipt record. The vault uses your account access; it has no separate password. Save original files separately when you need an independent copy. Receipt privacy →
- Workforce
- Authorized managers can see submitted attendance photos and location stamps. Evidence expires after the workspace’s selected period; attendance records remain. No facial identification or matching is performed by this workflow. Workforce privacy →
- Social Auto Dump
- Choose Only for me for your own history, or For everyone for a message you sent to remove it from both direct-chat participants' histories or all group participants' histories after the selected timer. - AI and automations
- AI results can be wrong. Approved content may be processed by named external providers. Enabled email or other server automations can continue after you close the app; pause them in their feature controls. AI processing →
