Delete Account

Korlix AI users may request deletion of their account and associated app data.

In-App Deletion Request

Open Korlix AI, sign in, open the Korlix Account panel, and select Request account deletion.

Email Deletion Request

You may also email support@korlixdeveloper.com with the subject line “Delete Korlix AI Account.” Include the email address associated with your Korlix AI account.

What May Be Deleted

Account profile information, saved generation history, character access records, and usage records associated with your account may be deleted or anonymized.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, tax, security, abuse prevention, or compliance purposes.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are generally reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after verification.
